Ok guys...I like to get down and dirty in the kitchen:) (get your mind outta the gutter lol) I usually don't have much of a plan when I decide to cook dinner...just a few main ingredients...and I go from there (always from scratch) So tonight I have a 4lb pork roast and just NO inspiration to cook it...lol but I have to. So, was wondering if you all could give me your favorite pork roast recipes or ideas. Thanks!

    My suggestion would have been to put it in the slow cooker along with a jar of salsa sauce. When cooked all you need would be wraps, quick and easy.

    Honey mustard, cook it up in some lemon juice and honey mustard until it reduces to make a sauce :)
