you make kale chips by taking the kale off of its stems and massaging olive oil onto it. Then, sprinkle w/ some season salt or your fav seasonings and put in the oven for a little bit until they crunch up... keep an eye on them though, they crisp quickly! (AKA- will burn if you don't watch them. )

I'm a teacher, so it would have to be right in the AM, or the night before (preferably). They will be eating them after school. I just want them to have their crunch factor.

I started making my own! I buy a large container of GV plain nf yogurt, and put it in cheesecloth (I use napkins) over a strainer. The whey will drain out of it and within a few hours, you have greek yogurt!
