  • Thank you guys for the encouragement! When I hit 200lbs a few months ago, I honestly just broke. I felt so bad, but I kept eating. I felt defeated. I started this at 210 and now I'm 4.8lbs from being back in Onederland. Once it's gone, I'm never going to see a 2 In the first spot again. I'm determined. Keep going guys!

  • I'm a weirdo. I weigh myself first thing in the morning and maybe 7 more times throughout the day haha. I just like seeing water food, water, exercise, etc, does to me.

  • Agreed. Today my boyfriend and I were on the beach. He looked at me and asked "how do I look?" And I told him he has a beach body. That is, a body that is on a beach ;) progress takes time and loose skin and stretch marks are still better than obesity related diseases :)

  • Haven't been posting much lately. My weight has steadied out and I'm at 184.2. I'm hoping to be lower tomorrow. I feel happy wi my slow and steady progress, and I'm vowing to never see 190 again. I will say the same about the 180s before I go on vacation. 19 days. :)
