The original post was from over a year and a half ago, lol. Things have changed since then. :)

Love this thread!

I got up to 222 pounds before I delivered my son. I am now down to 118 pounds and I don't think it's possible to get any smaller. My stomach is relatively flat but I do have loose skin and stretch marks on it. I'm hoping the longer I maintain this weight, the more the skin will bounce back. Look at my profile pictures to…

Protein shakes or protein bars. It should hold you over longer than other snacks would and aren't terrible on calories.

From about 150 pounds down to 118 pounds.

Killer Abs has made a huge difference in mine!

Upping my calories was one of the best things I did. I eat anywhere between 1,800-2,300 calories a day and I have maintained my weight while losing body fat. Definitely eat more if you want to gain muscle mass and lose body fat.

I was considered overweight when I got pregnant with my son weighing in at 180 pounds and then ballooned up to 222 pounds. I too loved chocolate milk, lol! You can browse through my pictures. My profile picture is of me a few days ago. I am finally starting to get my confidence back!

Special K chocolate caramel protein bar. Yummy!

Thanks for the info. I had a really cheap HRM before this one and it would say that I burned about 280 calories for the same workout that I did for the new HRM. I'm just trying to figure out which one is accurate but I think I'm just going to have to take the medium of the two numbers. I do have a crazy high heart rate…

Wow, that is amazing! How tall are you? And what workouts did you do?
-
5'5.5, 114 pounds. I eat about 2,000 calories a day.
-
Wow, amazing results! You look great!

I actually found it at Walmart.com. They don't sell it in the stores which is a shame!

From about 170 pounds last Christmas to about 114 pounds this Christmas.

I was just like you after I had my son. I thought there was no hope that I would ever lose weight again. I was borderline obese when I got pregnant with him and gained over 40 pounds. Even though I breastfed for over a year, I just couldn't seem to get the weight off. I did finally get under my pre pregnancy weight but…

I made this post many months ago when I had a lot more weight on. Even though I have lost a lot of weight, I still don't have a small waist which is my only complaint. I have learned that losing weight can completely change your body style and it has blown my mind. But I can see where looking at my profile now, people…

Don't give up. I actually didn't start losing the majority of my weight until after I stopped breastfeeding. My advice would be to stick to your calorie count, start an exercise routine, and make sure you are eating enough to fuel muscle gain. :)

I've lost 58 pounds this year and the rest was off and on last year. As far as exercise routine, at the beginning of the year, it was Dance Central and Jillian Michaels' dvds. Now it's just random Dance Central here and there.

I'm on Synthroid. They have to check it every few months to make sure I'm on the right dose. It truly helps.

I actually do have some loose skin but I am very grateful that you can't really see it when I'm standing up! As for my thyroid, when all of a sudden I started gaining weight at a very fast pace, I was freezing all the time, couldn't sleep enough, and for the first time in my life I felt down and depressed, the doctor…

You look amazing!

Thanks! I'm really hoping you are right! I'm definitely not going to eat as much as I did with baby #1!
-
You have such great results and look great! Congrats!

I originally planned on being a size 6 and never DREAMED I would ever become this small! You can do it! :)

Thanks! As of right now, I am supposed to stay away from exercising for the next two weeks because I had some bleeding a few days ago. After that, she said I can continue eating and exercising how I want! So far, I have not had morning sickness. I actually didn't have it during my last pregnancy either. Although the nausea…

To be honest, I've never changed what I ate, just how much of it I eat. I still eat out, I still have my ice cream, and I still eat junk food. Not every one can do it but I've been lucky enough to be able to eat it in moderation. I truly believe that you can eat what you want as long as you stay in your calorie goal. On…

Thanks! Back in high school, I was on average about 150 pounds. The summer after high school, I got to my lowest weight at that point which was 135 pounds. I stayed around there until my thyroid shut down in 2009. Before I got pregnant with my son, I weighed 180 pounds, which was my heaviest weight back then.

Thanks! I started off in January eating 1,400 calories a day and playing Dance Central for at least 20 minutes a day. This helped me to lose 12 pounds in a month. I then started the 30 Day Shred in February which helped me to lose 8 pounds and 13.25 inches that month. In March I started Ripped in 30 and lost about 7 inches…
