Belly Fat

Has any of you ladies found any exercises or moves that really helped slim down and shape up your mid section and abs? I am working on shedding the pounds and inches as well as toning and building muscle but I will want to focus on getting that slim but toned core. Any tips? :)

    Fat comes off where ever you body wants it too. You can't target fat loss.

    On the other hand, you can't tone up and build muscle while losing weight (eating at a deficit) either. You may see some small gains at first but you will have to eat at a calorie surplus to gain muscle.

    For me, chugging water and cutting back on the carbs helps me feel more slim and less bloated. I do find it helps with my weight loss too but that may just be because I have PCOS..
