Thanks everyone! Next time I go I am going to ask how it's prepared. I am pretty sure it's setian, but I would like to know for sure. I think they prepare everything from scratch, so hopefully they will share :-)

Hi! Newbie here as well. I too need a little extra motivation. I decided to sign-up to run a 5K race, and did a training plan on Endomondo so that got me to actually start running.
