It sounds like you wrote this entry about me. I've been away from journaling for a month or so and I'm ready to commit again. It is so nice to see other people with the same issues. I like your small steps approach and plan on utilizing some of your ideas.

I seem to be very reactive to sodium intake. Just did some research and looks like I should stick to around 1500mg of sodium per day. I looked on the fitness pal printable food diary and it does give sodium amounts, NICE! I am measuring so I'll just have to keep focusing on those numbers. I keep telling myself...."This…

I have the same issue with my feet, which makes it difficult to exercise, but the more I weigh, the more they hurt. We can do this!

I too do Weight Watchers. Are you sure that is the amount of points you should be using? That sounds pretty low to me?
