Thanks, I have intense workouts too. I'm at the gym 5 days a week. I got some pee sticks, to see if I'm in Ketosis. I'm somewhere between trace and small everyday. Whatever that means.

We have them near me, Whole Foods and Publix both do seafood. It's great, we also have Ingles and Earth Fare that have other made to order foods and all of them have salad bars. Great resources! I live in Asheville, NC.

I don't think so, I only count Carbs, I try to keep it between 20 to 25 carbs a day. I've only started 3 weeks ago but so far it's working for me.

Don't get discourged...It's about making good decisions most of the time not all the time and MFP can help you with that. I have 3 kids and a full time job...my husband travels for his job so its just me and the kids most days. I found that I can squeese a work out in at lunch and eat at my desk. Not an ideal arrangment…

I had mine removed in March of 2010 and I'm the same as you...no difference with eating but I'm a little more regular.
