  • Not trying to take in too much sodium, but it's hard to keep under the goal. I have no problems meeting my Calorie Goal. The sodium porition of it is going to be a challenge for me though.

  • I no nothing about Marathon training, but I can say that's a very vigourous week you got going on. I think that's a good amount of cardio training right there. Just my opinion though :P

  • Sodium helps retain a lot of water weight in your body. :P Or you may have put on a lot of muscle by lifting too much? (If you lift weights at all)

  • I typically listen to Dragon Force (not a great band I know). The tempo of their music makes me feel as if I can run 200 mph haha. For the weight lifting, I prefer As I Lay Dying. :) That stuff gets you lifting fairly well.
