So here's what I'm currently doing. I should also mention I"m training for a half marathon, which is on May 1st. After the race I may look to tweak (add more strength training) so I wanted opinions as to what I'm currently doing and what i can be doing better!
Sunday--Long run (currently at 11 miles)
Monday--Rest
Tuesday--Boot camp class followed by 60 minutes on the elliptical
Wednesday--60 minute interval run
Thursday--Rest
Friday--60 minute pace run
Saturday--Boot camp class and either 60 minutes on the elliptical or Tennis
I like the idea of keeping a long run on the weeknds, but i will probably bring it down to 8-10 miles after the half.

I no nothing about Marathon training, but I can say that's a very vigourous week you got going on. I think that's a good amount of cardio training right there. Just my opinion though :P0

Hey there my half is the 30th of April. Looks good to me! I also have resistance training added in!
I follow Hal's program.

Its a good routine considering you are training for a half marathon. I'd recommend trying to add some isometrics and resistance training to increase your core strength - It will help strengthen your run times.0
