Question about possible danger?
So I weighed myself at the begining of this journey (8 days ago) and I knocked off 3 lbs from 225. I weighed myself today from yesterday and I lost another 3lbs (I assume it was water weight). I'm wondering if this is bad? I usually keep about 400-500 calories that I don't use from my goal after working out and stuff. I…

Sodium intake :(
Does taking in too much sodium only retain water weight? Or will it actually help you gain weight (aside from the water it's retaining). All opinions would be appreciated.
