Question about possible danger?

So I weighed myself at the begining of this journey (8 days ago) and I knocked off 3 lbs from 225. I weighed myself today from yesterday and I lost another 3lbs (I assume it was water weight). I'm wondering if this is bad? I usually keep about 400-500 calories that I don't use from my goal after working out and stuff. I come about half way to my Carbs, Fats, Protiens and such. Is this going to affect me harmfully in the future? Your responses would be very much appreciated. :) ty.

    Open up your diary and let us see whats going on. You need to be eating enuff calories to fuel your system ;)

    From what I gather from reading these posts, your weight can change from day to day up/down. That's why most advocate weighing on a weekly basis than a daily. Now - I very well could be wrong! That's what I just gathered from other posts :)
