OP, Invest in a heart rate monitor. Wear it while you workout. Your calories burned will be more accurate this way. And I'd definitley log like everyone is saying. When I first came on here and lost the weight I logged EVERY SINGLE DAY, not on here though, I had a food journal at home, sometimes I'd upload whatever I ate…

Hey Kimny72, The first 2 times I was on here, no, carbs were never a concern for me I was just eating better and excersing. Smaller portions, caloric deficit as well. Prelogging is a great idea! thank you for that! And being hungry is the biggest thing I've been concerned about when it comes to low carb eating. We'll see…

All these suggestions are great! I've heard that one tsp of yellow mustard will kick start your metabolism, so I've been trying it out and it seems to be working well
