Hey! I am 5'7. Gender: Female Highest weight- 304ish lbs Current Weight- 233 lbs Lowest weight- 180ish lbs First GW - 200 lbs :) Second GW - 170lbs Then I'll figure out where to go from there but I ultimately want to end up around 145lbs

Ive never been big on sweets! I eat them but not a lot by any means! So Im lucky I can live without sweets and not miss them one bit!:glasses: Oh I could also live without flavored or carbonated beverages such as soda, tea, lemonade, koolaid, anything from starbucks......but I do LOVE my beer!:drinker:

Im on Medifast, it works. I went into this diet in hopes I would learn self control. I know how to lose weight but I felt I couldnt help myself with portion control. my mom was 430lbs when she was 32, she had surgery and barely any loose skin after all the weight came off (at goal she was about 150-160) she did have some saggy skin in her arms and tummy but not much
