I think that if you don't think about the goal and just do your best that it'll come off. swhitney2: I was sick this morning and didn't feel good until lunch time so thats why I had no logged breakfast. It was a struggle at lunch to eat for fear of not feeling well again. I normally have eggs and cheese or a protein bar and banana, etc.
