I think you are right, so I went out to Walmart today at lunch and bought some 5 lb weights. I have 10 lbs at home as well but I'm not ready for those. Have you noticed that your arms are sore but not your shoulders? I feel the pain (tightness) on my biceps and triceps when I reach after my work out.

D'oh I walked/hiked my butt off last week thinking this was a one week challenge not a month long challenge :frown: I definitely won't be keeping up this pace for the month (still suffering from shin splints)... maybe my challenge should be to read the challenges correctly! :laugh:
