Progress Stats
So for the kickstart week I actually lost no weight (still 145 lbs) but I lost 2.5" (waist & hips) and my arms look a bit more toned, enough to get a compliment from a stranger at the playground. Yesterday my 11 yr old son helped me drag my bike from the basement, dust it off and fix the flat tire. Diet
I switched to Clean Eating (Tosca Reno) and PGX about a month ago. I lost some weight and feel more energized but living in a house of all males who only want to eat red meat is not condusive to eating clean. So some nights I make three dinners to keep everyone happy and me on track (I hate cooking to begin with so this is…
