  • Just make sure whatever you get, if it's one of the regular menu items, to ask for No Classic. Apparently they are trained to add a classic sugar syrup to their drinks.
  • I drink BPC as part of my keto lifestyle. I make it with kerrygold unsalted butter (about 1 teaspoon) and 2 teaspoons of MCT oil and some Swerve sweetener, and then blend it in the Ninja single-serving blender. It is yummy, creamy and filling. If I eat first thing in the morning, I tend to be hungrier all day, almost like…
  • Even numbered sizes are misses sizes. Odd numbered sizes like 11,13, etc. are juniors sizes. Cut very different, especially through the hips.
  • While I rationally know that it's incredibly silly and a little vain, my mini-goal is to rock my Halloween costume at the party I'm attending at the end of the month. Last year I had to get a 'plus' size costume (at a size 14. Not sure when that became 'plus' but costumes are notoriously small.) This year I'm going as…
  • Add me as well! I'm on Day 9 of keto, and down 7 pounds. I love to cook, so that is helpful in preparing yummy meals. I'm a firm believer in fail to plan, then plan to fail. It's definitely a WOE that requires a little forethought.
  • Hello all, I just discovered this group and joined. I started my keto journey on Sunday. I have to say that I have been thrilled to be feeling full and satiated daily, yet keeping my carbs (and without trying, my calories) low. I feel like this WOE can be sustainable and successful for me.
  • You might want to tell the others which board you moved too. I had to do a search to find this one. :) I have done keto for about almost a week now. I snuck a peak at the scale this morning (not my 'official' weigh in) and I'm down 5 pounds! That is big for me, as that has never happened with any eating plan, diet pill, or…
  • I just started keto a few days ago and already can tell a difference! It definitely requires planning and forethought, which in turn keeps me from mindless eating whatever is convenient. Please add me as a friend! I would like to have more support through this journey.
  • Coffee with 2 T. HWC and 2 t. Swerve sweetener at 7 a.m., and then "real" breakfast at 10:30 was a slice of the crustless bacon, egg, cheese, and mushroom quiche that I made during my food prepping yesterday.

  • The only flavor my hubby didn't love was the Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, though I didn't mind it. So far I've enjoyed every flavor I've tried. Everyone keeps saying to get no sugar added vanilla in other brands, but vanilla isn't my favorite. I like variety.
  • You're my hero!
  • Either let it sit on the counter or zap it for 5-10 seconds (but definitely no more) in the microwave. Softens right up.
  • $15 a pint?! It's $4.64/pint here, and like I said, it lasts me multiple days.
  • But you guys have Tim Horton, so it's almost even.
  • Ooooh, I don't think that was one of the flavors I picked up yesterday. I don't remember seeing that one. I'll have to look next time.
  • I try to stick with fruit like grapes or berries, but if I really want/need a treat, I love Halo Top ice cream. A half cup has 70-80 calories, and in my opinion, tastes just like 'real' ice cream. It's amazing. The chocolate and peanut butter cup flavors are amazing.
  • I'm new this round as well. Just getting back into the swing of things after a bad foot injury reversed all my progress. Start weight 183 lbs Challenge weight loss 173 lbs Ultimate goal weight 150 lbs Last 6 week challenge loss 0 7/24 183 7/31 8/7 8/14 8/21 8/28 9/4
  • You might want to check out Beachbody on Demand. You get unlimited streaming of all the videos including P90x3 for $99.

  • For protein, I make my own breakfast shakes with Premier Protein Ready to Drink Shakes as the base. They are 30g of protein for 160 calories each. I mix the vanilla with frozen fruit (pineapples, blueberries, etc.) or the chocolate ones with a little instant coffee and ice. My husband drinks the banana ones every morning,…

  • I love the workouts. I have the Beachbody on Demand annual pass and can stream all of the workouts. I'm currently doing Country Heat in addition to my zumba classes at the gym. I thought about Shakeology but $130 for a 30 day supply is insane.

  • I think Shakeology is ridiculously overpriced for a less than tasty product. I regularly drink protein shakes on my way to work for a breakfast on the go, but I use either Six Star whey proteins blended with skim milk (they have a really yummy chocolate and a new caramel that's really good) or I use a Premier Protein ready…
  • I had some of the new Blue Bell Cookie Two Step - cookies and cream ice cream, studded with chocolate chip cookie dough. OMG... So good.
  • 1 c. corn Chex, 3/4 c. Fairlife skim milk, and a diet Coke. Breakfast of former champions.
  • Where you a judge on Chopped on the Food Network?
  • I love the premier protein cartons. Each have 30g of protein for 160 calories. I love to take the vanilla or chocolate flavor and blend with ice and a couple of teaspoons of decaf coffee crystals. Tastes like a frappe to me. My hubby is picking up a banana and cream flavor premier today. Not sure how I feel about that. lol
  • The difference between try and triumph is a little umph.
