I have the best secret ever to those pesky cravings! Sugar free chocolate syrup, then i mix that with diabetic sugar ( 0 calories, 0 carbs 0 anything lol) then i did grapes in it, freeze the grapes. BAM. Perfecccct snack. ;) Just sharing!
