  • I'm right there with you!!! Honestly, it's a daily struggle for me. My worst time is definitely at night, after dinner when i'm either hanging out or trying to get stuff done. I'm usually around the house for the evening, which means the sugar.... it calls to me!! I've found a few things that worked for me: 1) Don't keep…
  • Well, I can tell you that you've come to the right place! MFP is full of motivated people who really want to help each other succeed. Good luck!
  • I have tried something like this. You slice and freeze the banana by itself. Once frozen, take it out and mix in however much pb you want, and then smash it/blend it/put it in a food precessor until it's delicious and creamy. It tastes like forbidden ice cream! :)

  • Hey there Lolly Ollie! Welcome to MFP, and congrats on hitting the ground running! I've been here since February, and I have to say the support system these MFPers have going is unparalleled! A great way to help yourself gain some accountability is to find one or two people here that are willing to go on your journey with…
  • Well congratulations on taking the first step! I think you'll find MFP to be a place of support and help along the way! GOOD LUCK!

  • I agree with Rensco. You know yourself. You've been at this long enough that, if you think taking a break will help you regain some sanity, then go for it! Maybe start with just a weekend or a work week, and see how it goes. Odds are, if you don't go too crazy, you probably won't fluctuate any more than a pound or maybe 2.…
