i do that with bread rolls! makes more room for fillings and cutting out some of the cals. I dont think its ridiculous at all! (also i dont throw away the left overs, i feed it to my dog!)

I think if its every once in a while and you just arent hungry enough to eat all the cals you burned its okay but I wouldnt go doing it every day because I think you'd just burn yourself out!

I'd agree with the extended cool down and just wait a bit before eating. I dont think its a "danger sign". You are only 24 so not going to kill yourself by pushing yourself in your workouts! In my kettlebell class, the trainer always says we arent doing it right unless we fell like getting sick by the end of the class,…

Was 152 at beginng of Jan, weighted in today 7th, 150.5, but Ill go with 151 to round up! .. Keeping on track I think :)

Im Irish but whatever, resolution success all the way. I saw on my fave blog last year, the blogger wrote out her resolutions in pretty writing, framed it and put it up, I think its a greta idea, to remind yourself every day!

I know its late but if you are going again for Oct Id love to join! Im 5 3.5, I started at 163 and I'm currently 151. overall aim is 120, but if I could be down to 149 by the end of september id be delighted! :) Still got plenty of weight to lose!
