I was 275 in March 2009 at 5'2 1/2". Lost 68 pounds by December 2010 (207), only gained back 10-15 pounds throughout 2011 (217-222), but gained 11 since before this last Christmas with a cruise rigth afterwards (233). A week on this site and I'm down 3 pounds so far (230) and I hope to get to 175 by the end of August to beginning of October (at the latest). For there I want to get down to 150 and reassess from there.0

240 lbs, 13 years ago. The sad thing is that I didn't think I was that fat. Then I saw a photo of myself taken at a family reunion. I was trying to figure out who that person was who was sitting next to my mother. Ugh. It was me.0

310lbs at 5'10" last year. I lost 50lbs and was down to 259lbs, but gained 10lbs back over the holidays. Now I'm 269lbs and getting back on track.0

225. I've lost 45 lbs since - and looking to lose another 30. This last march to the end is proving to be tougher, so using a food diary. oh, and I'm new, so friend me. :happy:0

316 was the last I weighed myself, but assume it was higher, now I am 270. Have a long road ahead, but am soooo determined!
But I wanted to know what I was doing right, and how to keep it under control. In order to do that I realized I had to first GET it under control. That's what this site is really good at - providing the tools we need to understand how to budget our energy intake. Loving how this feels so far. My current weight loss stats are as of Jan 1. I have a long way to go, but I have the strength and determination to see it through.0 -
