Same thing happened to me. I've gained 4 lbs. I wonder if part of what I lost was water weight. Try not to get discouraged. The other thing is, if you're excercising more, you may be gaining muscle. You might try measuring your body instead. But, yes, I agree. Frustrating!

I have the same issue. I also don't really notice when other people that I see on a regular basis lose or gain weight. I lost about 70 pounds a couple of years ago and of course, have the inevitable photos that I got caught in. I've gained the weight back and I can see the difference in the photos, but not in the mirror…

Thanks for the advice. This is the first time I've ever not just tried to "go it alone". I've always just followed diets that are supposed to be for anyone.
