Well ladies, I just finished my Day one Wii workout!!!...It felt great!!! I also walked for 35 minutes today....I'm really proud of my self!!!! All I can say is: LET'S GET IT!!!!!! :smile:

I had a set back yesterday so I could not do my Wii fitness. But I did 1 hour of yard so that was my exercise for the day. I plan on doing and extra 15 minutes for 2 days to make up for my missed day:smile:

Girl, I know exactly how you feel. I lost 16lbs and some how some way I gained 5 of those lbs back. I have been so disappointed in myself that I almost gave up. But I'm back on track now. Stay on the site, its good for motivation and challenges:flowerforyou:

We could do start weight and do at least 30 minutes a day. Then maybe motivate to increase our time. Just a thought :flowerforyou:
