Workouts are good for blowing off steam & dealing with anger and frustration. Even when I stay within my calorie deficit, I feel much better when I've gotten a good workout in. Running with good music is key.

You seem underweight for your height and probably deprive yourself regularly, which sets you up psychologically for the shadow side of extended food deprivation...a binge. Try to take a more balanced approach (easier said than done, I understand).

I'd keep my mouth shut unless I was extremely close to the person. If it was someone I was close to, and I could save them added pain and heartbreak, I'd do it... but very gently. And I'd be prepared for it to backfire. I'd still be okay with the choice though.

It's true that food scales beat measuring cups for accuracy but I lost weight just by measuring my food. I stick with vodka martinis with olives. Dry, savory, and it takes me awhile to enjoy one and they pack a good buzz. I have 1-2 and count them and it doesn't derail me. Stay away from mixed cocktails and rum, and keep in mind that alcohol can lower your inhibitions around food too. Good luck!
