Awesome, thanks everyone! I just redid my goals to lose .5 lbs a week and MFP bumped me up to 1400 calories a day. I weigh every week, so we'll see how it goes.

Thanks! I'm going to do that. It makes sense to me, I guess as you get closer to maintenance the idea is to transition gradually and not be so aggressive. I don't want to stall, but I want to stay fit and maintain my GW when I eventually do get there, with an allowance for a 5 lb fluctuation, if that makes sense.

I totally did that once...I hear you on missing the group energy...her other workouts are solid but the team in JMBR helps distract me from the pain. I'm still doing 2 workouts every other day, btw. I have 11 more lbs before goal weight.

Running outdoors does something for my spirit that running on a treadmill can never capture. I'll log miles on a treadmill just to get a burn if the weather makes an outdoor run impossible but I don't enjoy it nearly as much.
