Congrats on the new job! Planning ahead helps. I'm going back to a similar situation myself in a couple of weeks. I plan on choosing healthy recipes, shopping for them, then making meals on Sunday and freezing them to eat throughout the week. There are some good make-ahead healthy recipes on Pinterest.

I have to admit, I feel very badass when doing the wheel pushups in 12. Dancing crab is fun too.

I have about 2 weeks left with JMBR. I've gone back into Phase 2 after I heard someone mention that in that phase people lost the most weight...now I'm working my way back up to 11 and 12 and after that I'm going back to toning and cardio at the gym as I'm getting closer to maintenance.

Acknowledge that you're bored and then do something else that seems interesting. If you have to eat mindlessly, crunch into a big healthy apple and be bored that way. Works for me when I'm bored.

Well done!

A birthday date surprised me with Dunkin Donuts coffee... plus a coffee cake muffin with a candle in it. I looked up the muffin and it was something outrageous like 660 calories. So I had half. It was a gift!

I stock up on lots of fiber filled red delicious apples. There is something gratifying about an apple that satiates me psychologically and it stabilizes my blood sugar. Any piece of fruit will do I think, this is just the one that I prefer.

I'm 39, and I also hope to be fabulous in my 40s....so feel free to add me too.

They can't hurt. I still use measuring cups and spoons for mostly everything but a scale is more accurate and I have one for when I need or will need to take the guesswork out of stuff.

It's totally mind blowing how people have reacted to me based on weight, which has fluctuated over the years due to medications and other issues. Everyone has an opinion, it seems sometimes. Well, what I plan on doing during my most recent & significant loss is paying it no mind. Wear the cloak of life loosely. Weight…

Rest in between runs, do stretches/yoga if possible, and also choose running sneakers that provide lots of cushioning and structure.

I have about 10-15 pounds left until my goal. I work as a teacher, so I'll be on my feet a lot but I still want to get proper workouts in. I want to get & stay lean but maintain some muscle cut. I'll have about an hour a day or two hours every other day, or 3x a week. I'm shifting my location from home/outdoors to the gym.

I burn about 700 calories a day doing circuit training and running, 2 hours total per day. I think my estimate is conservative so I may be burning more. However, I am probably making a shift soon to about 1 hour a day, 30 min circuit training and 30 min cardio, or two hours every other day.

I like Jillian Michaels' "No More Trouble Zones". It's about 45 min of circuit training and you can build your way up easy and she provides modifications.

If anyone has specific recipes for a particularly delicious burrito with its approximate calorie range, please post! Come fall, I think this will be a good idea and easy for shopping and preparation. Thanks!

I don't know if I can get on board that Insanity WO. I tried one and it just isn't my style. I hear JM is working on a new one. Might give that a try. In a few weeks I'm thinking I'll need to sign back up at the gym to use the treadmill as the weather gets cooler and the days get shorter, usually do a weights/toning class…

Between JMBR, running, and eating better I'm down almost 30 lbs. and my body is a lot more lean and sculpted. I'm still 14 lbs. away from my GW but I definitely see a difference!

I stick with vodka Martinis with olives. One is a great buzz and it's not that high calorie so I can have two last me a couple of hours. Works for me.
