Yes. I've lost about 16 pounds and even though I'm currently keeping my breakfasts small, I feel like it does something good for my blood sugar, hormones, and metabolism. Break - fast. But I've heard of people having success with one big meal later in the day, and all sorts of variations.

This could work out well for you, but it might not. My advice is if you are going to stop, check your weight in a couple of weeks to see if you've been maintaining, and this way you can catch yourself early and get back in the habit if you go over.

I only drink on nights where I'm under my calorie goal and have already done sufficient exercise for the day.
