thank you! I def can tell I am "waking up" my body and will hopefully not experience such soreness. The walks are more like hikes, lots of uphill/stairs/ gravel. So my body is feeling it everywhere. And I AGREE, I am going to start pilates and cross training soon

oh I def was eating too many calories bc even with fruits and veggies, my meat consumption was much higher and meat is so much more calorically dense than grains. for example I used to eat a meal that was brown rice (200 cals), chicken (200cals), salad (200cals) and I would feel full and satiated but on this grainless…

thanks, what a great read! very helpful Well, I agree with it in general. But for my friend, the reasons he was at the therapists talking about this issue was bc she went on a meal delivery weight loss program where she was eating only 1500 cals day and wasnt losing

Wow thank you to everyone who responded I actually am motivated to attempt again tomorrow, provided Im not to sore then Ill wait until following day. Im also relieved to hear this isnt a "walk in the park" workout to everyone else

No one is pickier than me when it comes to reheated food. And yes chicken tastes and smells baaaad when its been reheated. This is why I could never do that thing people do where they pre make all their meals for the week. My advice, just make the chicken fresh and pre make everything else.

this is so true. Whenever I exercise I do feel hungrier. I much preferred intense exercise when I was at my goal weight so I can eat more.

I totally totally agree. I believe people grossly underestimate their calories when left to their own devices. I watch a few BBC weight loss shows that illustrate how people can underestimate their calories by 100-200%!!! This is one of the reasons I don't like to log my food bc it is virtually impossible for me to know…
