I'm hoping to lose about 30 lb. as well as more fit. Right now my main exercise is just walking and hiking. I bike occasionally. I have not lifted weights in years but I think I should.

I have those Billy Blanks Tae Bo VHS tapes. Haven't done them in years, but used to love them. I actually gave them to my mother-in-law over the summer. I need to get them converted to DVD. They'd be fun to do again.

I cook up a batch of quinoa in the beginning of the week. Then some days I add black beans, peppers, salsa, cheese. Other days I add honey, vanilla, cinnamon, nuts, raisins.
