I have several favs. I love Aldi Grandessa Roasted Red Pepper. We make sandwiches with it because it tastes so similar to pimento cheese - at least it does to a vegan! I eat broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, and cherry tomatoes with hummus every day for lunch. I saved those items as a meal, so it's easy to add them to my diary! Just a suggestion.
