Goal is to be less saggy, decrease body fat, stronger so I can padticipate in more activities without getting injured. Current weight 118, 25% body fat. Goal is to get to 19% body fat.

Example: 2-3 sets of DB raises. 20 reps per set. 10 lbs each hand (i am not super strong yet but have improved from starting weight of 4 lbs total). Or 3-5 sets of leg raises, 20 reps per set, body weight.

I have a head cold and worked out. Now i am in bed resting. When i used to swim, i would go as long as it wasn't respiratory. Swimming with difficulty breathing made me sick a lot longer.

Wow, that is dedication. How many calories is your meal? I am always surprised how fast i can consume calories compared to how slow it is to take them off.

How quickly life can change. Yesterday my husband decided to bring out his inner 10 year old and ended up in the ER with a blow to the chest which caused some scary symptoms. I once actually flew away in the wind. Wind speeds close to 100 MPH up on Long's Peak Colorado. Me at around 90 pounds. I went about 10 feet before crashing! Good thing it wasn't near a cliff.

You did 1000 pushups? How long did that take? What is the reason for doing so many? I am just curious. I currently can do 10 and hoping for 20 in a week or so.

I also can't find level 2 on youtube. I moved to level 3 and did the beginner version, which I am still working on. I will be on level three for a while. I can now do jumping jacks, burpies, mountain climbers, jump lunges and a few unaided situps! Keep shreddin'

I am so sorry you are having a setback. Get up, and take a walk. Even if it is just to the corner and back. Get outsidde and take 3 deep breaths of fresh air. It will help and you can repeat as many times as you like.

I have been doing the shred, then adding: Jillian Michaels: 6 Week Six-Pack Abs Workout- Level 1. I am pretty well toasted after that. Day 4 and I was able to do a few burpies.

I was also substituting fruit for chocolate. Found out it is not a great idea as fruits are high on the glycemic index. Now I eat more veggies, protein and fiber and that seems to help. I went back to 1 square of chocolate a day so it is a win-win for me.

Cook steel cut oats the night before. Heat them in the microwave and eat with protein powder, nuts, seeds, dried dates. Add almond milk if you like that. Another suggestion is an apple with peanut butter. Core it and stuff the peanut butter inside. You can sprinkle nuts or seeds on it as well. And get up 10 minutes earlier…

I love borscht. I also love kale with yogurt smoothie. Craving vegetables is better than craving a cookie! Last month I was craving a coke, i rarely drink soda normally, so it was bizarre.
