  • I have a similar story (right down to the 3 kids and loving to run) and I have to lose about the same amount of weight. ☺️ I will add you, if you don’t mind.
  • I went shopping for jeans because we are having "denim day" at my job for sexual assault awareness. Last time I went pants shopping I was in a tight size 20, so I decided to pick out a nice pair of size 20 pants. They fell off. I ended up getting a pretty decent pair of size 16 jeans...I haven't been in 16's in about 5…
  • I lost my son at 2 days old to a genetic heart condition. I feel your pain. It's a hard battle. Stay strong and if you're like me and you are an emotional eater, losing a child makes losing weight that much more difficult, but as you've seen it is still possible. Hang in there. I'm sorry for your continued losses…
  • Umm, not to be perverted but ...I think I just drooled. Anyway, great job And great job everyone else too, you all look wonderful.
  • I think it might depend on the type of c-section you had. I will always have a "front butt" because I had a classical c-section (the one that goes from above the belly button to just above the pubic region.)
  • I've lost 53 lbs and I only went down 1 dress size. From a size 20 to an 18. It kind of discourages me when I see others who have lost a few dress sizes when they lose the same amount of weight. :/ but I'm still going to keep at it.
  • Realizing my size 20 pants were starting to get too small. I refused to buy new pants in a bigger size.
  • You look incredible. Great job. All these stories I've been ready lately have been great inspiration for me to get back on track with my weight loss.
  • People need to stop assuming that just because he said "daughters friend" that this friend is under age or that he would even consider dating/ "F"ing her. I think I'd see that as a compliment, however an awkward one, but I would find it flattering anyway. :D No need to be jealous guys ;)
  • I'm so sorry for your loss. I lost my father 5 years ago and my son 4 years ago, and that is where I the most of my weight gain come from. So I feel your pain. I'm glad to see that you have been able to get past the pain and to a brighter, healthier future. :)
  • I've lost 53lbs so far. I have at least 35lbs to go. I would like to lose more than that if it is possible, but I will be happy with 35lbs. Hopefully these photos work, I'm not good at uploading photos yet lol The picture in the blueish/green sweater was a before picture. and to lose the weight all I've been doing is…
  • I was 258 I am now 217, trying to work my way back down to 175 ish....About the same as I weighed in high school. I weigh more than most women naturally, so my 175# isn't as big as it sounds.
  • I was in the hospital for 4 days recently and because I couldn't exercise and still am not able to (due to heart issues) I gained 5lbs but when I got out, but now I've figured out how to adjust my eating so that I can still lose weight without exercise. :) Soon I'll be able to exercise again and all will be good.... point…
  • I found that a lot of people become obese because food is one thing in their lives that they have full control over....or at least they think they have full control over it, but what they don't realize is that the food actually has control over them. It is similar with anorexia . That is one study I've seen anyway. The…
  • Hey, I'm pretty new to this site. ( I actually joined about a month ago, but just realized that there is a message board and whatnot a few days ago.) I'm 28/f and I need to loose a total of 75 lbs. I've lost 22.5 so far. I have a desk job, but I work in an ER so it's not all sitting down. You can add me if you'd like to.
