i started out having those kinds of pains last year and it slowly got worse they said i had plantar fasciitis but i just did lots of stretching and cooling down with a longer walk after but i stop running but im back at it im doing the 30 days to 3 miles program which i think may be by the same person

i have a serious sweet tooth lol but i always reach for dark chocolate covered strawberries or some times just even making frozen lemonade with sweet'nlow or whatever u use (sounds strange but really does help)

i've done alot of her workouts and let me tell you she toned me up alot i would give her a try but idk about her calendars never looked at them but im sure if you followed one it wouldn't hurt but if the day seems to easy u can always add a cardio video or even pause the video between moves and do high knees or jumping…
