Any positive/negative opinions on Blogilates?

Considering checking it out, but I haven't really heard much about it.
Does anyone have any experience with it?
Would you recommend it?
How good shape should I be in to do it?
Do you recommend following the calendars or choosing your own workouts?

i've done alot of her workouts and let me tell you she toned me up alot i would give her a try but idk about her calendars never looked at them but im sure if you followed one it wouldn't hurt but if the day seems to easy u can always add a cardio video or even pause the video between moves and do high knees or jumping jack to get your heart rate up and fat burning kinda like HIIT training but i really don't have negative things to say about her she does everything to mix up your workouts which is my problem with most people is that they do the same stuff but i hope this is helpful lol0

I like her variety and her energy- but she annoys me when she talks- which is A LOT.
but she has some great workouts- good in a pinch.0
