  • I have tried nuts and they didn't help knock the sugar/carbs cravings. I will try the fruit today when I have a craving. I was able to keep myself from eating candy yesterday so I think I can do it again!
  • Hey all! I just finished day 5 level one and my calves are killing me! ah! I am so proud of myself though for making it to day 5. I almost didn't do it today, but I pulled myself out of bed before work and got it done. I am sleeping better since starting it though which is awesome. haha
  • I just finished day 5 level one and my legs are killing me. I will defenetly add some cardio in since I need to lose the weight and inches haha I can not wait to see results. I just wish my legs would not ache as much haha Good luck everyone we can do it!
  • I agree we can do it! X) So motivated right now, just finished day two of the 30 day shred. XD I also managed to eat healthy for every snack and meal today! :)
