Wowza! Nicely done Sir! No questions here but this just motivated me to get my workout on for the day!

Wow! What an inspiration. Thank you so much for sharing and congratulations! You look amazing!

I was just thinking this the other day. I love to bake and with the holidays that urge is in overdrive. I have young kiddos who also love to help make cookies. I don't want to deny them that but I also don't want to look at a cookie (or dough!). My plan is to not start baking early this month, so it isn't an all-month…

It wasn't so much I started working out without shoes and then got the pain. I got the pain and was desperate and found that without shoes it didn't hurt as badly. So the lack of shoes didn't cause the problem. The problem was there to begin with and the lack of shoes was my temporary solution. If that makes sense....

Good to know! thanks!

Wow, thank you so much. You bring up some excellent points! I am feeling much better. I've been off it about a month and feel better than I did on it. I feel more like myself. I hope I can continue on that route. Definitely not about to join the Taliban or anything so I think we are safe there :)

Awesome. I had no idea. Much appreciated!

Hmmm, interesting. How would you have any idea how many calories you burned though in something like T25? I am using the Polar app. Perhaps i'll check out another one. I didn't think it would be a problem on the app end. Thanks for the suggestion

I am currently taking Motrin right before I work out. It seems to slow down the onset but it definitely is still around by the end of the workout. Kind of? I'm not sure...very interesting! I'll look into that more! Hmm, that would make sense. It hurts least when i am absolutely barefoot but you can't run barefoot on trails…

Not sure how I missed all this! Thank you for your support and motivation! It is so appreciated. :) Glad it wasn't just me! (well...you know what i mean. Sorry you have to deal with it too!) My doc kept saying that it wasn't the zoloft. I know it has a lower instance of weight gain but it certainly didn't HELP in any way.…

It doesn't go to a watch, it goes to an app on my phone. So my app is customized to me :) Very true. I don't wear it so during Body Pump usually. More if I am running of doing Combat or T25. (I could only pick one main workout and BP was just my newest)

Thanks for the help!

I do wet it before I put it on. :) I haven't tried that, it's almost brand new and since my hubby had no trouble I didn't think to but I will try it. Thanks!

Thanks for the suggestions! I'll definitely be trying them!

11 pounds in a weekend? Even if you ate NONSTOP i don't think 11 pounds is possible. I'm guessing you have slowed down your digestion from the onslaught of food and probably have some intense water weight as well (increased carbs and salt). And may I say...I totally feel you. This happens to be far more than it should.…

Good question. I usually fail miserably this time of year. My plan of action though is to treat the coming weeks like any other week. No crappy options at home and eat clean. Get togethers or special dinners, enjoy but without going too crazy. Sure i'll have a cupcake at the company potluck, but I don't need to have a…

Perfect. Thanks!

Ugh. Just what I need, another excuse to not exercise. Thanks for the input! I'll lay low and hopefully my doc can shed some light on the subject and I can get going again.

I've heard nothing but good things about it and am looking into trying it myself. Score for consignment!
-
Yup. I'm so right there with you. I can't even tell you how many "introductions" i've done on MFP. It's embarrassing.
-
Yes! I was at 100mg and went to 50mg for a week then off. I have read that some taper far slower but this seems to be working for me.
-
First off just wanted to say you are beautiful. :) Second I would have NEVER guessed that much. Good luck on your journey! I'll be just starting down this path myself. Here's to the new US!

Hey everyone! I'm Shannon and two months shy of 32. I have two kiddos, 5 and 2, and live in Germany, though I'm originally from Montana and Oklahoma. I've been on MFP for years but in waves. I go in phases of being very consistent with my nutrition and exercise, and without fail a few months in something will happen and…

I'm jumping into this again as well. I had done really well, flaked off and now am heavier than i've ever been (minus being pregnant haha). I also have FitBit. If you want we can link up on that program as well and "compete for steps" :) Good luck!
