Hello, All,
I opened this account about a year ago, but didn't fully know how to use it.
So, when I upgraded my phones, I sort of forgot about it---until I bought a fitbit recently & became unstoppable!
Any hints, helps, or tips are totally appreciated.

I use the fitbit for step monitoring, Map My Fitness/Map My Run for workout recording and MFP for monitoring my intake. They all work together nicely and if you are meticulous in your recording you should see results and be able to understand your caloric needs for your activity level.

I'm jumping into this again as well. I had done really well, flaked off and now am heavier than i've ever been (minus being pregnant haha). I also have FitBit. If you want we can link up on that program as well and "compete for steps"
