  • it's called insanity for a reason lol do what you can without losing form, if you're getting winded that quickly, you need cardio, not HIIT, so change it up, my opinion
  • tbh I wouldn't go on a diet during exams because in that period you need plenty of food to keep you from losing your mind from all the stress and really can't afford to starve your brain I would eat normal sized 3 meals a day with fruit snacks in between if I could, avoiding junk food, and even if I pack on a few pounds…

  • I'm slightly fat and I just wanted to post to see my ticker, never had a ticker of any form ever so just wanted to see it, and I'm gonna break some sort of record with the amount of food I'm not going to eat aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaand it doesn't work
