My short term goal is to be able to run 5 mins, walk for 1 min for 7 reps. Currently I am run 3 mins, walk 1 min for 7 reps. I don't have a scale until August (living on a small island for the summer) but in the next three months I hope to lose 20lbs or be back to my graduation weight :)

Half an avocado spread on 2 Quaker Original Rice Cakes and a can of tuna on top. Great substitute for a sandwich! And Blueberry Greek Yogurt

Also be careful with grapefruit it can inhibit absorption of some medications in the small intestine. Some medications like birth control

I have a crop top and black mini skirt that I bought in my first year of university. It fit just wasn't very flattering. Now 15 lbs heavier it doesn't fit... my goal is to first fit back in and then look damn fine in it!

Last night I was able to run a ten minutes without stopping to walk with an average pace of 5.38 kmh. When I first began running I couldn't even run a minute :)

Just started running last week and for the first time a ran a whole Kilometer in 6mins46secs which I've never done before. Not that impressive to some but made my day :smile:

Does your school offer a gym membership? I try to when I have later classes go to school early and do a morning workout there. Or try walking/biking to school. Sitting in a desk all day doesn't give you much exercise so finding things that will allow you to move is good :)

Wow that was really fast response time, thank you everyone for the advice! My house is completely nut free and I'm lactose intolerant (I have lactose free cheese) so that's why I don't get a lot of good fats. Sorry I should of mentioned that earlier!
