You always looked beautiful, but now you look beautiful and healthy. Congrats, I'm so happy for you!

That's great, I'm so happy for you! It just goes to show you don't have to be a product of your genetics.

That it's not too hot today. We're replacing our swamp cooler. We can replace our swamp cooler. DH is home on vacation for a few more days.

I do have a cheat day once a week. It gives me something to look forward to when I'm trying to make the right decisions. At first it really was the whole day I would eat poorly, but now it is more like the day I let myself have a big breakfast or eat candy. It's not that I feel I have to, but that I think my mind set has…

 Today is a Sunday and a day of rest (relatively) To hear my 5 year old tell me that I'm the best.

Hang them out and let them dry under the sun. Unless you have allergies, then it might not be a good idea.

Stress and guilt will only make it worse. I'm sure it doesn't happen all the time. This time you repent, resolve to do better and do it. Have you considered a day a week or every couple of weeks, where you can let yourself cheat? Not outrageously, but just a couple hundred calories over your normal budget? It might help…

I like to do Yoga in the morning just before my kids get up. Also later int he morning I go to the gym a couple of times a week for classes. When my kids were MUCH younger, I would go to the gym or just run in the evening after DH came home. O.k, some nights he would "throw" me out of the house so I could get a workout in.…

I hate to contradict a Dr. but that's not right. I'm well within a "healthy" weight range and I am vitamin D deficient and Iron deficient and have been so since my last child was born. I probably will be for the rest of my life. Sometimes people are just "lucky" that way. Once you start taking vit D supplements, your foggy…

 I'm grateful to be able to get on my roof by my self today. Yah, we're re-roofing. I'm grateful for fabulous family and friends who are so willing to help. I'm grateful for an awesome mother-in-law. I'm grateful for my man who spoils me sometimes.

I did the same thing with celery. It didn't turn out well. :ohwell: I make my kids do their own laundry. I also agree some people shouldn't breed.

Wow. I would get kidney pain if I only drank 1.2 Liters a day. I try to get 3-4 liters in when I can, but water is about all I drink throughout the day.

I'm in a family of 5 and I spend about $140 every two weeks give or take, depending on what we need at the time. I make a menu to cover two weeks, and shop accordingly. I also generally go for generic products, and look for the best unit price. Also for things like meat, I try to plan my menu around the left-overs I think…

 My kids are all healthy. I haven't had an asthma attack for the last couple of days. I'm working at what I love.

 My kids are playing outside today. Summer weather is here. Friends

Sorry, I don't think I can stop with just one reason... I do it because I feel better about myself and I just plain feel better when when I eat right. I do it because I have a family history of poor health and I have asthma myself. I feel like I need to do all I can to stay healthy and keep the weight off to avoid…

 Sencond, and Third and Fourth chances. I blew my calorie count yesterday, but it was worth it. Kids who are usually willing to help me out. Mother Nature has finally decided winter is over.

First of all, congratulations on your terrific progress over the past year, and for seeing that you have a weakness before it becomes a bigger problem. Next, I don't know your schedule or what you have followed for your plan, but here are some suggestions that might help. -Don't deny your sweets completely that's a nail in…

I have wheat allergies. I eat no wheat (7 years), but my diet might not be completely GF, but you are more than welcome to look at my food diary.

I once heard a woman say "there are only two sizes of breasts in the world, too big or too small". I used to wish mine were larger, but I guess I'm happy with their size now. My biggest problem now is that since I've lost weight it's really hard to find a decent affordable bra. The band size went down while the cup size…

Love knives, I have a collection of pocket knives at the moment. My newest is a Gerber, but I am particularly fond of CRKTs. I'm hoping to inherit my dad's Machete in the DISTANT future.

Originally, I was a navy brat and lived from one coast of the US to the other and a couple of places in between, and in Japan. Currently I live in Utah, an hour north of Salt Lake City.
