I record it every friday morning in an 'official weigh-in', but keep an eye on it daily to make sure things are not going awry during the week.

I can only suggest a hat with a net, and/or skin so soft.
-
Neither. It's probably most often called 'juice' here. Or just 'a drink'.
-
Yeah, what percentage of those weights are unhealthy though? I'd say anything under 55kg is definitely under-nourished!

Have a look at http://www.skinnytaste.com/ We get a lot of great ideas from there.

Hi Lisa, Welcome to the site. You'll find plenty of support here to help you meet your goal, and lots of people in the UK too.
-
I weigh myself daily to keep track of progress during the week, but I only record it once a week.

Off to play some badminton shortly :)
-
Why are you eating if you're not hungry?
-
Well done!! You can see a big difference!
-
Ah, ok. There are a lot of non-americans (like me) on here and I had no clue what DM might have been. If asked to guess I would have gone for Detroit Metro!
-
What is the DM area?

You only need to eat them back once you have not a lot of fat left to burn. If you do have plenty to burn, there is no need to.
-
Nothing! But I'm in maintenance :) My wife lost about 2.5 lbs though.

Can't wait for the groups! Also, it's great to hear a comment from someone to do with this site for once. Far too many times comments and suggestions are posted and simply seem to be ignored. Keep it up!

I have to say, Wii fit is pretty worth ot. You can get the board and game together new for around £60. If you really don't want to get the board, I have heard good things about EA Sports Active - More Workouts. Note, the actual EA Sports Active is supposedly not good, but the More Workouts is supposeed to be good. Maybe…
-
I find that green or fruits teas are a good alternative. I get stiff hands and feet if I drink the diet stuff.
-
Scotland here too :) Work in Glasgow, live out to the west. You'll find a lot of UK peeps on here.
-
My wife eats at least a 200ml pot of it every day, mostly on her breakfast :) If you're in the UK, the Asda fat free greek yogurt is really good. Really thick and 80 cals for the pot.

shazam is on android too

I made 'Chicken Taco Chili' today in ours. It's very tasty :) http://www.skinnytaste.com/2008/11/crock-pot-chicken-taco-chili-4-pts.html

Age and weight, but none of the rest.

Search for endomondo. Brilliant app for tracking all kinds of activities, and it shows calories burned. Uses your phone's GPS to track where you go, how fast, elevation, etc. Edit: And there's a free version that does everything you need.
-
No problems. I'm glad I asked before I tried it :)
-
Do these not need baking powder in order to rise?
-
bump - will need to see if I can get cornmeal in the UK and try them.

Family Fit?

Plenty of protein, and avoid sugar as much as possible as it will cost you calories. I have been on 1200 since starting MFP and pretty well stick to it. I am hungry some evenings, but that's usually if I have burned some of my calories up in sugars.

I weigh every day to keep an eye on things, but I only record my weight weekly.
