HRM vs MFP vs Edomondo calories
Hi all, So, tonight my wife and I went out for a bike ride. She wore a wireless HRM (chest strap) for the first time and it gave some very surprising results! We did 8.2 miles in an hour. What's for dinner?
We had Carne Bistek. Very simple and very tasty. 105g each of lean steak, sliced thin, and cooked with sliced onion, chopped tomatoes, garlic and cumin. We served it simply with a slice of rye bread and low-fat spread for a total of around 300 calories per serving. What's for dinner tonight where you are?

counting fluids as 'water'
Just wondering, does anyone else count fluids as 'water' when adding to their diary? I count tea & juice as well as plain water as part of my 'water' intake. I'm also wondering if I should start counting soups. Any thoughts?
