What's for dinner?
We had Carne Bistek. Very simple and very tasty. 105g each of lean steak, sliced thin, and cooked with sliced onion, chopped tomatoes, garlic and cumin. We served it simply with a slice of rye bread and low-fat spread for a total of around 300 calories per serving.

Tonight is going to be a Visalus shake with a banana, T. of natural peanut butter, and a T. of unsweetened cocoa. I normally don't do this at dinner time, but our son is "graduating" from 5th grade tonight (formal ceremony) and I have to get 7 children fed, ready, and out the door in time for that0
