From looking at today, I'd say you are getting too many calories from carbs and sugar. I agree on upping your protein. On exercise, I can't help, sorry :)

Eating exercise calories is just a go-ahead to eat if you are hungry from all that exercise. There's no need to force yourself to do it, but a little extra calories from exercise can be handy sometimes.

That's true, though it begs the question: If you are still losing quickly but are near your goal, should you actually keep going until it's hard to lose more?

No, and if I'm under calories I am happy as I will lose more weight.

Mine has been at 1200 since I started and it seems to work well. I'm not starved all the time but I do need to be careful what I eat in terms of calories. I've lost about 2lbs a week since starting.

I made a rather amazing (if I do say so myself) fish stew the other day. It was really easy and only about 180cals per cup serving. As long as you have been to the bathroom or not, whichever you normally do, the difference will likely be less than a couple of ounces/50g.

I agree with the hiding. You can finely chop carrot, onion and mushroom and make bolegnese or similar with 50:50 meat to veg mix and you won't even notice the veg.
