If you are not feeling hungry then don't worry about it too much. If you have plenty of fat to burn then your body will burn it.

Little and often is how you should go, so you are never totally empty for long. One huge meal in the morning will leave you hungry a while after you should have had lunch.

Tinned chopped tomatoes - handy for so many recipes. Garlic powder - same. Torkey mince - same again as it's much lower calories than beef mince. Courgettes (Zucchini) - great for adding vegetable and making things moist and tender. Non-fat greek yogurt - for breakfasts and making dips, as well as cooking.

We have been using it pretty much every night for weeks :) Gina is fab!

Is this the skinnytaste.com recipe?

Wait, wait, wait. I knew broil = grill (like others, initially I assumed it was some kind of high-temperature boil). But you have grill too? So, I'm guessing grill=flame underneath and broil=flame ontop?

First thing in the morning, after using the bathroom. If I weighed at night it would depend on how long ago I'd had dinner and generally bring too many other variables into it.

erm, 5 kilometers?

Same here. If you're not hungry, why on earth would you eat, especially if you're trying to lose weight?

My wife has the same issues and has lost 20lbs in eight weeks simply by sticking to the calorie intake specified for her on MFP. She is also trying to keep her sugar levels down, and drinking plenty of water. She is doing no exercise yet as it aggrivates her knee, but she is already feeling the knee is a bit better. What…

Well, if you did would we even be married? :)

I would love to see this too. Personally, I would only eat back calories if I was really hungry, but I see a lot of people on here eating them back even when not hungry, which I don't understand at all.
-
Why can't you figure out the calories before you make or eat something? Most things are on here and unless I am at a restaraunt or something I can generally figure out the calroes beforehand.

Are you walking with ankle weights?

Sunland is pretty cheap and 100% juice. I think Costco has it.
-
Did you ever find any? I am looking for the same thing.
-
These sound like my kind of thing. Do you have a recipe?
-
Yes. It's 99.9% water so it should definitely count. Weight Watchers' official position is that any liquid water should be counted towards your water intake.
-
Do you know how much it would be if you did include those other items?
-
Welcome to the site. I'm in Glasgow too.

Mine is 1200 and I'm a guy. I think it's fine for me as I don't get much exercise and it doesn't leave me feeling hungry. Eat the right foods and you'll be fine.
-
I just don't have the spare calories for beer! Even the light ones are ~80 cals each.
-
To be fair, that's only 25% less than 1200 and not outwith the realms of possibility if you are fairly small in stature and don't have a lot of muscle mass. Like others have said, get a proper BMR measurement before you decide to ditch what could be a good doctor for you afterall.

It's not really that important that you eat all the calories over a time period. Your body will absorb differences. If I were you, I'd go on as you had planned and forget about the whole throwing up part. You'll just probably lose very slightly more this week.
-
Your numbers look good. As xraychick says, you need to give it a little time. How much fluids are you getting? If you have upped your water intake you might well be building water weight just now, which will come off again when your body figures out it can get rid of it. What exercise are you doing that is burning those…

I don't see any issues with fasting one day a week. Lots of different societies and races do similar things. As long as she doesn't overdo it on the day she breaks fast, and does drink during her fast day, then she should be fine.
-
Have you ever oiled it? Did it make any strange noises from the motor when it stuck?
-
Forget starvation mode because you have plenty of fat to burn before you'll get anywhere near it. If you don't feel too hungry then don't worry. As other posters say, make sure you get your nutrients, probably best by taking a good multi-vitamin.

Celery is really good for munching on and practically zero calories.
