  • As of right now, we are planning on 3 - 4 days/week for approx 6 weeks as that seems to be what works the best for everyone to really stick to it! :)

  • I did all of level 1 today and roughly half of level 2. I must say, I dig it! It's not a typical workout - def lots of dif moves to it. I burned some wicked calories, too (almost 600 in the 45 minutes I did). :)

  • I did roughly half of level one tonight (faced an intense foot pain that refused to go away so I took the hint and stopped) - and, actually, it was kind of "fun" - it's a great workout. Can't wait to get thru the whole damn thing!
  • Done, awful - I hope I drop a level! 16 17 14 14 Max @ 20 - did 20 but I'm not going to lie, I did 5 regular and my arms gave out so I did 15 incline. Luckily I did this BEFORE I attempted Shed & Shred because my arms were tired for that as it was!
