Round 2 - Starting May 7

How do you fit in Yoga?
I ALWAYS say I need to do yoga, I start, it lasts about 2 days, and I fizzle out. For those of you that do it consistently, how do you fit it into your workouts? How many days a week do you do it? Do you do it in place of cardio or strength one day or in conjunction with or... Insight, please! :)

Ready or not... NOT! :) I'm super incredibly sore from Amy Dixon's "Breathless Body" so am taking today as an "easy" day (walk on treadmill w/ an incline, I think) but will get S&S in tomorrow, thurs, and saturday this week. At least that's the plan!

How Many Days/Week?
What is everyone's suggestion on how many days/week to do this? I don't want anyone to get burned out so I was thinking 3-4 days/week for maybe 6 weeks? I think it's another "30 day" sorta thing. Thoughts? Suggestions?

Reviews I'm reading on amazon say this workout is actually...gasp...fun? WTF? Jillian and fun are not two words I'd ever use together in a sentence. Who has tried it? Set us straight?!?!!? I'm intrigued to give it a go now!
