Way to get back to it! I finished it up and have since completed T25. I'm going to start Pump on Monday but am going to do another round of Combat very very soon! LOVE IT!

I eat about 90% clean but have my few slip ups here and there. Mix a scoop of protein powder with greek yogurt (the Fage 0% is really thick and creamy and works well). Eat it like pudding! I just started doing this on the recommendation of an MFP friend - tasty! Also add almond butter or peanut butter - super packed with protein!

I used to have that problem, too, but, Veggie peeler! Seriously works wonders. :) Then just chop it how you like it, or, leave it as a whole chunk - whatever floats your boat!

I have done level 1 and about half of level 2 so far and, don't tar and feather me, but, I LIKE it! I've NEVER used "like" and "Jillian" in the same sentence.
