    This has been a staple in our house forever and even more so now. We serve it over rice or egg noodles, shredded. Then because there is only three of us we have leftover chicken we use and make tacks with it. So YUMMY!!!!

    I make this at home, all the time! But, I don't use sour cream or taco seasoning. I've just been doing salsa and cream of mushroom. Sometimes I don't even have cream of mushroom so I just use salsa! Haha.

    I like to experiment with the salsa.. mango salsa, various different kinds.. it's always amazing!

    It's so simple! Toss it together and wait.

    We usually serve it over rice, at my place. :D
